Our Board of Trustees is a group of women passionate to see other women empowered to choose lives of peace, safe from violence and discrimination.
Sapna Mayuri Ganta (Managing Trustee)
Mayuri Ganta works a Recruiter for Quantium Analytics. She is a commerce graduate, who started her career in the hospitality industry with the Sheraton and then moved on to Career counselling. Mayuri is a passionate people’s person who believes in living a life in service of building up others. She is very passionate about women and wants to see them walk in freedom, respect and dignity. She strongly believes in placing value on women so they rise up and know that they have a voice.
Papia Cornelius (Chief Functionary & Trustee)
Papia Cornelius with over 19 years of global experience across operations, human resources, and organisational transformation. She has held senior leadership roles at HSBC, where she specialised in people management, stakeholder engagement, customer experience, and driving large-scale change across regions. A Six Sigma Black Belt–certified professional, Papia is known for translating strategy into practical, high-impact solutions and leading complex, multi-functional teams. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature, and brings deep operational insight, integrity, and leadership to the Foundation’s work.
manjula vijay (Trustee)
Manjula Vijay serves as Head of Data and Human Resources at My Choices Foundation, where she is meticulous in handling all data and human resources across the organisation. Her journey towards advocating for gender equality and justice began in 2012, when she joined a feminist organisation, and her commitment to the cause has only deepened since. Recognising the importance of empowering the next generation, she is dedicated to engaging with young children on gender discrimination, equality and violence against women, believing firmly that they are the hope for a brighter future.
