Comic book
Drawing upon behavioural research insights, we developed a comic book that can resonate with all men, women and children across rural parts of India. Each character was designed to look like an everyday character from rural India, familiar enough for our village audience to identify immediately with, but with unique characteristics of their own. They are recognizable and relatable, and they are also aspirational. Good Father, Informed Mother, Guardian Girl and Smart Boy avatars aim to prepare common man, woman and children into heroes to fight trafficking.
The comic book is available in seven languages – English, Bengali, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Odia and Telugu
FIELD TRAINER’S FLIP CHART
This flip chart has been designed for Implementing Partners and Field Trainers to support them in conducting the Safe Village Program of My Choices Foundation. The flip chart can be used to talk with groups or individuals. It uses illustrations to encourage discussion and facilitate learning.
STAKEHOLDERS’ HANDBOOK
‘Stakeholders' Handbook’ is an informative tool for the Safe Village Program grassroots’ stakeholders: Rakshak, Gram Mitra, Nodal Teacher and Community Leader to engage in thoughtful conversations with children, women, men and community leaders in your village and ensure that it is trafficking-free.
