My Choices Foundation

14 years of fearless impact

A force for good

With every choice we make, we hold the power to shape our own lives - and to transform the lives of others.

In 2012, we made a bold choice: to believe in the strength, resilience, and compassion of women and girls. We believed they could become the change agents their communities needed to combat domestic violence and sex trafficking. That belief gave birth to My Choices Foundation.

From the very beginning, our mission has been clear - to give women and girls the power to make their own choices, to live lives free from abuse, violence, and exploitation. Because empowered choices don’t just change one life; they create ripple effects that can transform families, communities, and generations to come.

14 years of fearless impact

In 2022, we proudly marked 10 years of My Choices Foundation. What began as a humble journey has become a national movement. Over the past decade, our programmes have evolved, our reach has expanded, and our impact has touched millions of lives across 10 Indian states and more than 10,000 locations.

This journey has not been easy. We have walked alongside grief, heartbreak, and unimaginable pain. But through it all, we have grown stronger, fiercer, more determined. Because we are more than an organisation - we are a movement of warriors and survivors.

Our fire still burns bright. It is a steady, fearless flame - one that will guide us into the next decade and beyond. We know who we are, and we know what must be done.

We have done it before. We will do it again.

My Choices Foundation is built by warriors and strengthened by survivors.
